Questions
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Free includes one page on yourname.guises.ai, and you can change it as often as you like. No card is needed.
What happens to my page if I stop paying?
It stays live. At the end of your paid year you move to Free: your page keeps working, with “Made with guisesAi” added, and the Pro extras switch off until you renew.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our payment partner, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record). It appears on your receipt, works out sales tax, VAT or GST for your country, and keeps your card details; guisesAi never sees them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of paying. See the refund policy.
What is an access code?
A code from us or a partner that gives you Pro for free, for a set time or for good. Enter it on your plan page.
I joined during early access. Do I have to pay?
Not yet. Every Pro feature is free during early access, and everyone who joined early keeps Pro free for six months after paid plans start. We’ll email you first.
