Terms of service

Use this pilot to create a brochure page for your own work or a business you are authorised to represent. Check that your details are correct before publishing, and upload only images you have permission to use.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You permit guisesAi and its hosting providers to store, render and publish it to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or disclose private information without permission. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of imported suggestions and any professional claims before publishing.

Preview availability

guisesAi is an early preview. Features may be unavailable or change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important content and export your website when needed.

Plans and payments

guisesAi has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, described on the pricing page. Pro is billed yearly and renews each year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment partner, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for the purchase: its terms also apply to the payment, it collects any sales tax, VAT or GST, and it holds your payment details. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. If a payment fails or a plan ends, your page stays published on the Free plan. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change applies to you.

Access codes we issue give Pro for the time stated with the code. They are personal to the account that uses them, have no cash value, and may be switched off if misused.

Sites you host with us

With Pro you can upload a static website you built yourself, for example with Claude Code, and we serve it at a guises.site address or your own domain. You are responsible for everything it contains and does, and you must have the right to publish it. Do not host phishing pages or pages that collect passwords, card details or other personal information under false pretences, malware, spam, content that infringes others’ rights, or anything unlawful. We check uploads for secret keys and some risks, and may review, pause or remove any hosted site, without notice where we believe it causes harm. Keep your deploy key private: anyone with it can update your site until it expires or you replace it. When Pro ends, a hosted site is paused and deleted 60 days later unless you renew; keep your own copy.

Third-party services

Google booking pages, WhatsApp and other external links operate under their providers’ terms. Google operates the booking schedule. If you connect Calendar management, guisesAi can submit event changes and busy blocks you confirm; Google may notify guests of cancellations and updates. Ensure your booking schedule checks the relevant calendar for availability. Concurrent changes from other tools can still create conflicts. Payment processing and messaging remain with their respective providers.

Google information

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps Additional Terms of Service. These terms apply to your use of those features.

Google selects and orders the reviews returned by its service. Business information, ratings and reviews may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that all reviews will appear. The static export includes your Maps link, rather than copies of Google’s reviews or business data.

Pages published on guises.ai are public. Google features require an available connection and may be limited by Google approval or usage quotas.
